Here are my three favorite benefits.
(1) Active Reports for .NET 3.0 was the most flexible product to deliver reports using our non-traditional method of obtaining data.
(2) The fact that you can ship a designer component was also critical for us.
(3) The text-based output as well as the graphics package is very intuitive: I was able to have a complete report viewable, with graphs, within about 30 minutes of installation.
